Position title:Senior Stock Plan Analyst
(Santa Clara, CA)

Job Responsibilities
• Oversee electronic grant distribution processes (including conducting special country-specific grant agreement audits)
• Financial reporting deliverables
• Consolidating SOX control test data
• Lead team project in ESPP allocation processing
• Perform periodic internal audits
• Assisting in year-end deliverables
• Secondary support for general mailbox and stock plan hotline
• Ad hoc business partner requests
• Perform pre-RSU release preparation and audit procedures (includes working with tax advisors to review global transferee population)
• Conducting quarter-end reconciliation with transfer agent
• Work with IT and Oracle teams on system issues and coordination of demographical/transactional reporting data flow interfaces Skills/Experience
• Relevant experience 6 - 8 years working with US-based multi-national publicly traded company
• Bachelors Degree
• CEP certified required
• ESPP/RSU release processing experience with Equity Edge required
• Generates work product(s) that are audit-friendly
• Familiarity with local country regulations
• Project management experience preferred (business-team perspective)
• Self-starter, self-motivated
• Customer focused
• Accountable with a strong sense of ownership
