Manager, Global Compensation
Responsibilities
- Facilitate effective
implementation/administration of all compensation and equity programs
including performance management, salary and incentive programs
- Partner closely with the
business, HR Business Partners and recruiting to pro-actively identify and
respond to our people issues around compensation
- Build innovative and
competitive salary, incentive (bonus, sales, long term), and executive
compensation programs and structures to reflect the Company's evolving
rewards philosophy and business goals
- Assist in the development
of Board of Directors presentations
- Work with our training
and communications teams to ensure that managers and employees understand
our approach to compensation
- Keep the company in
compliance with existing and proposed statutory requirements governing
compensation
Requirements
- BS or BA in economics,
business administration or related field (advanced degree strongly
preferred)
- 10+ years experience
designing, implementing and managing complex compensation programs for
rapidly growing and international businesses. 5+ years leading a
compensation function
- Deep subject matter
expertise in several of the following compensation disciplines: base
salary and incentive plan design and administration, sales compensation,
international compensation, equity compensation, executive pay
- A solid understanding of
business/financial drivers, ideally in technology companies
- Demonstrable partnership
and influencing skills, strong communication skills, a
commitment to outstanding customer support. Professional/credible presence
for presentations to the most senior leaders in the company
- Ability to work closely
with HR Business Partners and seamlessly serve clients
- Strong analytical
skills, mastery of Excel and PowerPoint, great comfort with HR systems
- Strong leadership and management
skills with experience managing a team of compensation professionals
- Knowledge of relevant
federal and state regulatory requirements
- international knowledge

- Experience working in
high-growth, performance focused environments and administering complex
programs
- Experience with global
HR Systems (ideally Workday, ADP)
