Please Note: If you submitted a cancellation request, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your cancellation request within 2 business days of your submission. ONLINE & CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
If you have completed registration for a meeting, and would like to use PayPal to pay online, select your membership status. Please note that because Paypal charges us per transaction, we pass that $2.00 charge along to you. To assist with registration and reconciliation, please indicate the name of the person you are registering.

  • NASPP Member: $35 + $2
    Last name of registrant
  • Non-Member: $45 + $2
    Last name of registrant

You will be transferred to the PayPal website and will have these payment options:

Please Note: This service is optional. You may also mail in payment by check before the deadline.

  • PayPal is a separate entity, independent from NASPP and its' chapters.
  • Unfortunately, PayPal does not accept business AMEX cards as a valid payment option. However, PayPal does accept personal AMEX cards, Visa, MC, Discover, and e-checks (requires account set-up and bank verification prior to use). Please refer to PayPal’s account terms for more details.
  • Please note that because Paypal charges us $2.00 per transaction, we pass that $2.00 charge along to you.
 

PAY @ DOOR
In the event you are not able to mail a check in time for the meeting date and you do not pay via online methods, the chapter also accepts payment at the door for pre-registered attendees.

Please Note: The registration fee for payment at the door is $60.00.

 

PRE-PAYMENT BY CHECK

NASPP Member: $35.00
Non-NASPP Member: $45.00

To ensure your payment is received in time for the event, we recommend that you mail your check no later than 7 calendar days prior to the meeting date. In the event that your check is not received by the meeting date, it is the chapter’s policy to request payment at the door ($60.00 per person). If your other check is received after the meeting, we will refund the payment collected at the door.

 

WALK-IN ATTENDEES
In an effort to make sure we reserve enough space and order enough food, we strongly encourage members to pre-register and pre-pay registration fees. However, in the event that pre-registration is not possible, we do offer the option for attendees to “walk-in” (subject to space availability).

Please Note: The registration fee for walk-in attendees (regardless of member status) is $60.00 per person.

“No-Shows” (attendees who pre-register but do not cancel by the cancellation deadline and do not show up for the meeting) will be invoiced for a $60.00 no-show penalty.

 

CANCELLATIONS
In the interest of both the chapter and the members, we continually evaluate cost control measures. Two areas that create huge expenses for the chapter are facilities and catering. To ensure we only reserve space and order catering to match our group size, we ask that you please make sure to let us know at earliest opportunity if you have registered for an event but are not able to make it. You may cancel a reservation by either returning to the registration link or sending an email to Registration@SVCNASPP.com.

 

NO SHOWS
To avoid having to increase registration fees the expense of “No Shows”, the chapter enforces a strict policy on individuals who pre-register but do not cancel and do not show up for the event. We continue to strongly encourage individuals to pre-register and pre-pay for their registration fee. In the event of a No Show, the chapter will invoice the individual for a $60.00 cancellation penalty.
